VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR ISRAEL PASSPORT HOLDERS

The Malaysian Convention and Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) has prepared the attached document for their Visa Application procedures for Israel passport holders.

Before reading the attached document, please note the following:

1.  In order for an Israeli to be considered for a Visa, the attendee must be a presenter at the congress.  Therefore, as soon as possible, submit a proposal.  You may submit in any category:  a Brief, Lecture, Workshop, Panel or Poster.

- Your proposal will be acted on quickly so that you have confirmation as a presenter.

2. If you hold another passport, MyCEB recommends that you use another passport.

3. The process takes 3 - 4 months.  November 10 is the recommended deadline for beginning the process.

4. Registering for the Congress is recommended so that the Congress Secretariat can verifying a registration, if required.  (Any registration fee would be returned if a Visa is denied.)

5.  Please note the requirements in Step Two, #2 and #3:  The Israeli applicant must go to Singapore (or another country such as Thailand) where there is a Malaysian High Commission and present the Visa request and then retrieve it again before entering Malayisa.
