AIRLINES
SkyTeam information is located under the Hotel/Travel Menu.

CURRENCY AND MONEY EXCHANGE
Spain is part of the European Union and therefore their currency is the Euro (€).

AUTOMATIC CASH DISPENSERS
Automatic cash dispensers accepting Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express credit cards and Maestro Cirrus or Visa Electron debit cards are situated at all main banks, town centres, hotels, bigger stores, airports and the railway station.

CREDIT CARDS
All major credit cards, such as Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa, American Express, Diners etc., are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops.

ELECTRICITY
Spanish plugs use 220-240 volts and the physical connection may be different from what you have at home. If your appliance ISN'T compatible with the Spanish power supply you'll need an adapter which changes both the physical plug that goes into the wall and the voltage that your appliance uses. Modern electronic devices, like laptops, mobile phones, tablets and e-readers, will work. In fact, any USB device will be fine. But you will need an adapter. Older devices, particularly things like hair straighteners and hairdryers might be more problematic.
